Workplace Flexibility

We offer flexible a hybrid work model. Our work week consists of three days in our Wayne, PA office and two days work from home. Yes, we understand the meaning of the word flexible. If you need to work from home on an in-office day then just say the word.

RLS offers a 401k plan with Vanguard that includes a generous company contribution. Our 401k plan also includes access to a retirement advisor for help with your plan and investment selections. RLS offers two medical, dental and vision plan options through United Healthcare with a generous employer contribution to the monthly premium.
